• Route Service Representatives (RSR) – The RSR position has huge potential for growth because of strong performance-based incentives. This position includes delivering mat and facility products on time to a variety of locations per day while maintaining client relationships. RSR’s must make sure that they deliver the correct products to the correct locations on a set schedule. In addition, RSR’s pick up used floor mats and facility products from customers and bring them back to our plant.

• Sales representatives – Sales representatives sign up new customers with a quality plan for their mat rental needs. They must base product and service plans on what the customers’ needs. They handle account enrollment and service scheduling. They assist customers with contract cost estimations.

• Customer service representatives – These representatives assist currently existing customers with any questions, concerns, or changes that they may have. The customer service representatives are the face of the company, and we value our customers’ needs. Our priority is making sure our customers are always happy with our service!

• Production staff – Production staff works in the NDC Mats plant. They replace old floor mats that are delivered to the facility with new floor mats that will be delivered to the customers. They must be comfortable working with heavy machinery.
