Route Service Representatives (RSR)
The RSR position has huge potential for growth because of strong performance-based incentives. This position includes delivering mat and facility products on time to a variety of locations per day while maintaining client relationships. RSRs must make sure that they deliver the correct products to the correct location on a set schedule. In addition, RSRs pick up used floor mats and facility products from customers and bring them back to our plant.
Key Responsibilities
Generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience
Valid Driver’s License required
New business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred
“Hunter” sales mentality – goal driven and self-motivated
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet/Intranet) and Contact Management System preferred
